Choirs

The Chancel Choir, directed by Betty Turner, invites those of you in the congregation from grade 9 through adult who like to sing to join us in our CPC ministry of music, beginning with our first rehearsal on Wednesday, September 1. In addition to our weekly anthems, we will have the fun Asbury concert and our annual Lessons and Carols this year. We meet every Wednesday night from 7:45 to 9:00. Please come and sing with us!

Our youth and handbell choirs are directed by Kathie Hollandsworth.  We have two singing choirs – Melody (K-2) and Harmony (grades 3-8) – and three handbell choirs – Celebration (grades 3-5), Good Vibrations (grades 6-8), and Chancel (high school and adult). Time slots will be similar to what we have done in the past, but may be slightly adjusted, so the schedule is being firmed up. We want to accommodate as many musicians as we can, and multiply the blessings we can give to CPC this year !!
